DEBORAH, Episode 2 I wept, wept and wept after Collins told me he is done with tha relationship. I kept wondering what could have happened? I kept asking myself. Why is this happening when it is almost time to our wedding.  I kept weeping, asking God, why? Psychologically I wasn't myself for days, after Collins told him his intention of breaking out of tha relationship. Aunty Simbi questioned me, several times asking me, if I have offended Collins.               DEBORAH, Episode 1 My name is Deborah, my friends do call me Debby. I was such a beautiful lady. I wished to further my education into tha university but I can't cos of financial issues. My father was a peasant farm in his days before he died. My mother was a petty trader. I was tha only child of my parents, so I had to move from out village to Lagos. Aunty Simbi who was my mother's junior sister took me down to Lagos, to help her in her restaurant and get paid. After one year in Lagos, I was looking more of city girl. No village dressing again. I wore city clothes and get myself some Lagos hairstyles.  On Wednesday, October 1980. Tha woman asked her husband, Honey! do you have anybody coming to visit you this night? Tha man replied, no! My love.  He told his wife to open, to see who are they. She went to tha door and opened, she was pushed away, by one of tha men, saying to her commot for there(give way) with a deep voice, immediately she fell on tha couch, she was feared when she saw two fierce men with pistols.  As she was shivering, where is your husband? THA GORY JOURNEY, Episode 2... So these guys were four, and divided themselves into two groups in tha bus. Some passengers were dropping at their respective bus stops, but Akute is tha last bus stop.  As tha bus was approaching tha next bus stop, tha old woman shouted, owa! owa!! Conductor owa!!! That is, this is her bus stop. Few seconds of slowing down tha bus by tha driver, tha conductor opened tha door of tha bus, tha old woman came down with her grand daughter. Tha journey continued. Few minutes later, tha driver reached tha final destination(Akute). Tha remaining passengers left in tha bus kept coming down one by one, tha time was 03:05pm. As 11:30pm of tha same day, in tha old woman's house, there was a knock on tha door. Tha old woman asked, who is that? THA GORY JOURNEY, Episode 1 Akute! Akute!! Akute!!! Akute!!!! Straight! No delay! A bus conductor shouting, calling on passengers in a motor park. Passengers coming and boarding this white bus. Bus is almost full, it remained one passenger. One hour later, an old woman came to board. Conductor collecting fare from passengers, after he was done, he went to call his boss who is tha driver of tha bus from a pepper soup joint, getting there he hailed his boss, Baba olori oko bambam, twale! with his two hands up, Oga mi! Bus don full, with his roughed  voice.  His boss olori oko replied as he puffed smoke out of his mouth and nose like a car silencer that has engine problems. Okay! I am coming. On tha other side in tha motor pack, passengers grumbling, shouting and asking at tha conductor, where is tha driver of this bus? Some asking him to return their fare.                                 WICKED UNCLE Dayo came to Lagos to find greener pasture, while looking for work to do, he met Kunle, who is from his own village. Kunle too came to Lagos to look for greener pasture. They were both friends, and tha friendship was so tight. They were both hunting for jobs as graduates. They hunted for job to a big firm, Kunle was employed as tha accountant but Dayo wasn't employed. Dayo tried, tried and  tried in job hunting, no job. Kunle his friend, stood by him financially. He accommodated Dayo as well. Dayo started a driving job, where he would make returns to tha owner of tha bus everyday. He kept doing job for two years, but nothing to show for it.
